TRANSFIX provides a range of compact prefabricated substations, according to CEI 62271-202, designed to answer the various provider expectations:

Improving the reliability of rural and suburban distributions;
Extending urban loops at low cost;
Reducing ground surface occupancy.

Thanks to the benefits of the self-protected "TPC" (Transformers with protection cut-out function) according to CEI 60076-13, TRANSFIX undertakes to provide innovative MV network-functions, with a better technical/economical balance, designed to always secure the public and operator safety.

3 distinct ranges answer the need:

1 - ECOPOSTE: with powers of 250 kVA to 1 000 kVA, this range is grouped, interconnected, assembled, and tested in plant and ready to be installed:

1 x "MV unit": integrally insulated SF6 switchgear and control gear, grouping two network switches, directly pinned on a self-protected "TPC"’ transformer
One superstructure: retention tank and cable draw-in box in concrete, walls in glass fibre-reinforced concrete
One Low Voltage switchboard configurable according to customer standards.

The SF6 switchgear and control gear operating devices can be motorized and, in this case, there is a remote control option from the remote control unit: the Substation Control Unit (SCU) of "ITI" (Interface de télécommande et d’interrupteur, Remote control and switch interface) type.

2 - ECOBLOC: with powers of 50 kVA to 500 kVA, this "integrated" metallic substation is made up of a LV enclosure and a MV cell, separated, directly placed side by side with a self-protected "TPC" transformer, including 1 set (antenna installation) or 2 sets of three bushings that can be pinned (MV installation in "distribution grid"). The addition of a roof and a rear wall allows a very compact unit easy to install (one lifting point on the top). The LV switchboard can be configured according to customer standards.

ECOPOSTE like ECOBLOC can be fitted with a cable-fault detector of metricampere or directional type (according to the MV neutral grounding mode).

3 - NAUVASOCLE: with powers of 50, 100 or 160 kVA, dedicated to an antenna installation generally at bottom of pole, this specialized ultra-compact substation, with retention tank and cable draw-in box in concrete, walls in glass fibre-reinforced cement, allows a distribution on one or two LV outgoing feeders.
