MAEC is located in the city of Cahors in the southwest of France, where it was
founded, in premises totaling 26.000 m². The company coordinates numerous R&D activities and development projects for the Group. The manufacturing activity combines electrical and plastics technology.
MAEC is well equipped with facilities for production, assembly and installation. It specializes in the hot molding of thermosetting and thermoplastic materials, with approximately 15 high-pressure presses and 10 injection molding machines rated at between 60 and 1500 tons, together with associated automated systems for loading and paintwork.

The quality system has been certified ISO 9001 since 1993 and ISO 9001 V2000 since 2002.
That same year, the physics laboratory received the COFRAC accreditation, a real guarantee of confidence and expertise in France and worldwide.

|
MAEC designs and manufactures a full range of equipment, all subject to extensive testing in its chemical, physical and electronic laboratories. The product range reflects the two complementary areas of expertise of the company :
- Equipment for the distribution, connection and metering of fluids (electricity, gas and water)
- Equipment for the joining, branching and connection of cables in MV, LV and communication networks
