The main certification authority in France, and one of the major certification authorities worldwide. The AFAQ is the world’s benchmark in certification.
AFNOR
AFNOR is a group of service providers whose objective is to ensure the competitiveness and the influence of the French standards system in both a European and global context. To do this, the AFNOR Group is organised around 4 main types of activity: standardization, publishing and distributing information products, training and consultancy, as well as certification.
ANVAR
ANVAR is also known as the French Agency for Innovation. The role of the agency is to meet with the needs and requirements of French SMEs, through its 24 regional offices, by offering a multi-faceted professional approach. The agency’s mission is to promote and finance innovation in French industry, facilitate the emergence of new products and processes in all fields of activity. ANVAR depends on the Ministries of Industry, SMEs and Research.
COFRAC
Set up in 1994, the Cofrac, the French Committee for Accreditation, allows the laboratories and organizations which it accredits to prove their competence and their impartiality. It provides businesses with a real guarantee of confidence in their services. Very involved in work on an international scale, the Cofrac is a signatory to several European and international agreements on testing, calibration and the certification of quality systems.
DRIRE
The DRIRE are particularly motivated about the subject of sustainable growth.
