CAHORS has solid experience in developing and manufacturing medium voltage distribution units and offers a complete and qualified range of products that meet national and international standards. The range of gas insulated switchgears(GIS, SF6 devices) is installed on the HVA-class medium voltage network with a voltage of up to 36,000 V. It consists of switches, grounding switches, breakers and fuses. There are two available technologies:
- Modular units with insulated connections in a metal enclosure (GRANY 24kV and 36kV range).
- Solid punits with full insulation, extendable (NOGARIS 24kV and ANTARES 24kV and 36kV range).
CAHORS can integrate up to 42 cells per substation.
