Generally speaking, you may visit the CAHORS Group’s Website without providing any personal information concerning you. You are never obliged to submit this information to CAHORS Group.

Concerning such information, CAHORS Group may request that you complete the following information in its contact forms (hereafter referred to as your “Personal Information”):  last names, first name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, postal address, postcode, town, country, purpose of the request, client type. By supplying this information, you expressly agree that it may be processed by CAHORS Group for the purposes mentioned in point 2 below and for those mentioned at the end of each form.

CAHORS Group agrees to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or any other request for information, within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed one month as from the receipt of your request.

CAHORS Group reserves the right to communicate the data gathered via the website to its subsidiaries for commercial prospection purposes, if the user has authorised this (please see the wording at the end of each contact form).
