Maintenance of Charging Terminals


 

For its entire range of EVCI products (boxes, accelerated and rapid terminals), CAHORS offers two types of services for your charging infrastructures:

  • Timely responses to preventive or corrective maintenance issues, based on an estimate
  • Preventive and/or corrective maintenance contract forms with different option levels and results-based obligations based on the availability of your fleet

Your day-to-day issues

  • Level 1-5 maintenance service
  • Log analysis
  • Isolated preventive maintenance

Maintenance contracts

The range of preventive maintenance contracts may include software update, hardware upgrade, and warranty extension options.

The range of corrective maintenance contracts is broken down into required skill levels (1 to 5), expected service times, and the geographical areas to be covered.


Equipment protected under warranty

CAHORS offers customer support throughout the warranty period in accordance with the terms described in the general documentation.
